Arugula Salad 
Ingredients: half a pound Arugula, 1 peeled and chopped orange, diced almond, pistachio, chopped date, orange champagne vinegar, fresh lemon juice
Feel free to add your favorite fruit!
This salad comes with a sweet and sour flavor which makes you feel fresh at the end of a workday!

Lamb herb stew

Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 1/3 cup melted butter , 2 cups flour, 0.5 cup sweet yogurt  , 1tbs Baking Powder, 1 tbs ground cardamom
Whisk the ggs well and add  all ingredients until you have a delicate dough. Rest the dough for 2 hours wrapped in plastic film. 
Filling: 2 cups  ground almond and pistachio(mixed or just one) ,5 tbs powdered sugar, 3 tbs  cardamom  (you can fix the amounts as you wish while filling the dough)
Roll the dough into 2 mm thick and cut in round shapes, Add the filling ad wrap as shown in the picture. You will learn how to do it by making a couple of them.
Bake at 180 C until a little golden. 
Sprinkle sugar powder on top of hot wraps and let cool.
This amount gives you about 40 Qottabs.


Tres Leches(Milk cake)

Ingredients

Cake
1.5 cups flour
0.5 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 tps BP
0.5 tb vanilla extract

Topping (If you like, even without it you have a light pound cake!)
1 can 14oz sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whole milk 
1 cup heavy whipping cream
0.5 cup white sugar

1. Mix butter and sugar till gets fluffy. Add eggs and mix.
2. Sift flour and mix with BP.
3. Add flour mixture to butter mixture in two parts.
4. Grease a 9*13 baking pan and cover with baking paper. 
5. Pour batter into it and set in the 350F oven for 30 minutes.
Now you have a spongy light cake. Let it cool down and top it with whipped cream( mix cream and sugar till thick) and milk.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. It is ready to eat!
