Crispy chicken tenders
Ingredients: Chicken tenderloins, milk, all purpose flour, paprika, salt and pepper
1.Rest the tenderloins in milk for 15 minutes
2. Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper
3. Coat the chicken pieces with flour mixture.
4. Fill 1/2 of a small pan with canola oil and heat
5. Deep fry the tenders for 15 minutes. (Not more than 4 pieces in each round)
6. Place fried chickens on paper towel to get rid of the grease!

Serve with fresh-made salad!
