Very Berry No-Bake No-sugar Pie!



This is the easiest healthiest pie I have ever made!
Base:
1. 1 cup sliced almond or cashew 
2. 1/2 cup shredded coconut
3. 1/2 cup date
Topping:
1. 2 tbs coconut oil
2. 1 cup pecan
3. 1 tbs vanilla extract
4. 1 tbs maple syrup (You can skip this!)
5. 2 cups fresh or frozen berries (any type you like, use fresh for better taste!).
For the base, mix the ingredients in a food processor until crumbs and spread on a cheesecake pan and freeze while making the topping.
For the topping, mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and spread over the base, freeze for half an hour.
Top with some fresh berries and enjoy!
